At Rivantaus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Return Window
Rivantaus accepts returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the returned product meets the eligibility requirements outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility

- The item must be new and unused.
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact Rivantaus Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label that you can download and print free of charge.
4. Return Shipping
Approved returns must be sent back by mail using the return instructions provided by Rivantaus.

Please use the return label provided by Rivantaus so that your return can be properly identified and processed.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund if the return is approved.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please note that after Rivantaus processes your refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Restocking Fees
Rivantaus does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
7. Exchanges
Rivantaus accepts exchanges for eligible products.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
